Frequently asked questions
How do I know a teacher is really certified?
Every teacher uploads their certificate, and our team checks it against the issuing school or Yoga Alliance registry before their profile goes live. Their lineage and certification level are always shown on their profile.
What if I don't like my first class?
Yogspace isn't a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel. If a teacher isn't the right fit, simply book a different one for your next class, there's no penalty and no lock-in.
Can I switch teachers whenever I want?
Yes. You're never assigned to one teacher. Browse and book with any certified teacher on Yogspace, whenever you like.
How does payment work?
You pay securely by card when you book, and you are only ever charged for that class. Your session link arrives instantly, with no subscription or credits to manage.
What if I need to cancel a class?
Cancel 12+ hours before your class for a full refund to your Yogspace wallet. Within 12 hours of the start time, the class cannot be cancelled and is charged in full.
Do I need any special equipment?
A device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a mat with enough space to move are all you need.
